Love Me

Elvis asks the crowd, how many of them have been here yesterday. He reacts to the lound response by saying "OK, twentyeight". After a few more jokes he sings "Love Me". During the performance he bends down to kiss a lady and nearly is thrown off the stage. The musicians have as much fun as Elvis, who can't stop laughing after the incident.

If You Love Me (Let Me Know)

The country pop "If You Love Me (Let Me Know)" is presented with zest. Elvis obviously likes it a lot.

Love Me Tender

Now Elvis announces "Love Me Tender" and adds "that's what the girl did to me earlier". As usual he's quite busy with the ladies, at one point he can be heared saying "watch your glasses".

All Shook Up

During "All Shook Up" the king continues to fool around with the fans. Afterwards he accepts a gift from a lucky lady. Glen D. Hardin tries to speed up the procedure and plays the opening chords of "Teddy Bear", but his boss takes all the time he needs.

Teddy Bear / Don't Be Cruel

The medley of "Teddy Bear" and "Don't Be Cruel" is performed in the same vein. During "Don't Be Cruel" Elvis jokingly continues the line "please let's forget the past" with "...before I kick your ass".

Help Me

Skipping "I'll Remember You" Elvis moves on to "Help Me". In contrast to the oldies he focuses on the music and delivers a bonafide performance.

Why Me Lord

Now the king strays from yesterdays set list and sings "Why Me Lord". Well, the lead vocals are done by JD Sumner, but Elvis joins The Stamps on the chorus. He also tries to make JD laugh by commenting on some of the lyrics.

Burning Love

The gospel hymn "How Great Thou Art" is also left out since Elvis wants to do "Burning Love" instead. Just like yesterday he delivers a rockin' perfromance and shakes his body to the beat. He may be fat and fourty, but he surely still can rock!

Introductions

The introduction of the singers and musicians takes quite a while. There are too many solos and other time-killers.

My Boy

While the pianist plays the intro, a lady screams Elvis' name and unintentionally causes some mirth. The king sings the dramatic ballad very well, but suddenly he looses his step and has to start the last verse again. Shit happens.

T-R-O-U-B-L-E

After accepting some gifts Elvis announces his new single "T-R-O-U-B-L-E" and admits, that he has to read the words, because he still doesn't know them. Ironically he adds, that it's just like the previous song. The performance itself is very good.

I'll Remember You

Once again Elvis takes some time to fool around with the ladies, then he announces "I'll Remember You". Just like yesterday he doesn't reach the level of the "Aloha" performance, but this time he comes close.

Let Me Be There

To raise the tempo the king presents "Let Me Be There". He's obviously enjoying his performance and even offers an encore.

An American Trilogy

With "Take it on!" Elvis cues the band to start the next number, but unfortunately they don't know which one. He quickly adds "American Trilogy" and James Burton plays the well known opening. Just like yesterday the king cuts some lines short and lacks accuracy. But the belted out finale makes up for it and the fans don't listen to details anyway.

Help Me Make It Through The Night

To take a look at the audience, Elvis wants the house lights to be turned up. Usually he sings "Funny How Time Slips Away" at this spot of the show, but today he wants to do "Help Me Make It Through The Night" instead. It's a fine performance, I wish he'd sing this lovely country ballad more often.

That's All Right

Yesterday Elvis has sung "That's All Right" after a fan had asked for it. Maybe he has re-developed a taste for the track, because now he announces it himself and presents a spirited rendition of the classic.

Can't Help Falling In Love

With very few words the king bows out, sings the usual "Can't Help Falling In Love" and leaves the stage to the sounds of the "Closing Riff".
